Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy for original paintings? 

Personal delivery is free within Central Arkansas when you check that option. For all others, shipping is figured in at the time of check out. On larger pieces, some require freight charges, so if you want an exact fee, email us at vanhookART@yahoo.com with the piece you are interested in and your physical address. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

We use USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size and shipping destination. Your original artwork will be shipped in a box with packing to protect it. Insurance and tracking are included. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping depending on your location. 

What is your refund policy for original paintings?

Due to the delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless there is an error with the online listing. Please request more photos, or email us with any questions prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colors or details. All attempts are made to portray an accurate photo and description, but keep in mind that when viewing art online, monitors can vary in color. We will provide a refund or a no-charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping, however we do ask that you inspect package prior to opening. Does my painting or print need to be framed?

All of our original paintings are painted on the sides and varnished; therefore, they do not need to be framed, especially if you prefer a contemporary look.
